1. How do I save a community or home into My Toll Favorites?
To add a community or home to your saved favorites, you must be logged in to My Toll Favorites. Next, simply navigate to any page you wish to save, and click on the "Add this page to your favorites" button. This button appears on the right hand side of every page on the site, under the My Toll Favorites header. Once you click the button, a text field will appear. Enter the name you would like for this page, and click on the submit button.
2. How do I rename a saved page in My Toll Favorites?
To rename a saved favorite, go to your My Toll Favorites homepage. Scroll down to the favorite you wish to rename, and click on the rename button. A window will popup, prompting you to enter the name you wish to change your favorite to. Do this, then click the submit button. The window will close, and your favorite will be renamed.
3. How do I remove a My Toll Favorites saved page?
Removing a saved favorite is easy! Go to your My Toll Favorites homepage, scroll down to the favorite you wish to remove, and click on the remove button.
4. I lost my password for My Toll Favorites. How do I get it back?
Click here to go to the Lost Password Request Form. You will be asked to input the email address associated with your account. Soon after, you will receive an email containing your password.
Currently, you can not send a saved page to a friend. If you wish to send links to communities of interest to a friend, you should go to a community homepage then click on either the "Email This Page To A Friend" link on the top of the page, or on the "Send An Email Postcard" link. The "Send An Email Postcard" link is preferable, as it sends more information about the community to the email address you specify.
There are a couple of reasons you may not be able to log in.
• Login in requires a user account. If you have not registered you can't login.
• Your browser must be setup to access cookies. Unless you have specifically disabled cookies you should have this function active.
To compare communities you must have at least two communities saved. From your My Toll Favorites homepage select the check boxes of two or three Communities then click the "Compare Communities" button.
To compare home designs you must have at least two models saved. From your My Toll Favorites homepage select the check boxes of two or three home designs you would like to compare then click the " Compare Home Designs" button.
8. I tried to save a page but the page did not save. What happened?
The description can not contain any illegal characters. If you enter an invalid name the page will not save. A pop-up window will tell you if your page was saved or if there was an error.
